It is understandable that sometimes schedules need to be adjusted and things need to be changed around. HDBeauty will accommodate your schedule accordingly; however 24 hour notice is required for any cancellations. If you’re cancelling or rescheduling the day of your appointment, HDBeauty will apply a fee of $50 to your next appointment.
If by any reason you’re running late for your appointment please contact us immediately. For all permanent makeup appointments if you are late by more than 15 minutes, HDBeauty holds the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment based on the circumstances and cancellation fee maybe applied.
If you’re late for your eyelash appointment and fail to notify us may result in your service being altered to fit the remaining time available.
If you miss your appointment a $50 fee will be charged to your account. We understand emergencies happen, sometimes we feel sick and just plain accidents so if you think you might be missing your appointment please be courteous and give us a call in advance. We do require 24 hours notice but if it’s an emergency then please give us a call when you can to let us know.
For all permanent makeup services HDBeauty requires a $50 deposit that can be paid by credit card through online booking or over the phone or paid in cash in person. Deposit will be deducted from your balance on the day of your appointment. We require a 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations in which case the deposit will be refunded back to you.
HDBeauty does not provide refunds for services provided. HDBeauty does not provide refunds for training classes provided. In specific circumstances we will issue a credit toward any other service with us.
If by any chance you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products we used at our salon then please give us a call immediately. If the allergic reaction is severe then please go to nearest emergency. If you think you have had allergic reactions before to any of the procedures and products that were used for those procedures then please give us a call in advance to come in for a quick patch test.
CLIENTS WITH CHILDREN
If you coming to an appointment with children then please make sure you will have someone who can supervise them. We cannot guarantee that one of our staff members can provide supervision while you’ll be undergoing a procedure.
As a courtesy to other clients we don’t allow pets in our salon. The only exception is service dogs but please give us a call in advance to notify us that you will be coming with an animal so we can make sure that none of our clients that day are allergic to animals.
If you have issues with finding us or finding the parking then please call us right away. We have free parking outside in the courtyard or we have free parking downstairs in the garage which can be easily accessed through the sides of the building. Once you dive into the complex you must go around without leaving the premises and once there look for green colour columns. We are on second floor which can be accessed through elevator.
