Booking and Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable Booking Fee (“Commitment Fee”)
Appointments over $200 require a $100 non-refundable booking fee to reserve.
Appointments under $200, require a $50 non-refundable booking fee to reserve.
This fee is deducted from the total at check out.
It is transferable once with 48 hour notice minimum and valid for 6 months from the date it is received.
48-Hour Reschedule Policy
This non-negotiable, strictly enforced, policy means that 48-hours prior to the scheduled appointment the booking fee becomes non-transferable.
Clients who reschedule within 48 hours will be required to pay a new booking fee to secure a new appointment.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in the appointment being cancelled and the booking fee forfeited. If you choose to rebook, another booking fee will have to be placed.
No Show Policy
Clients who do not show up for an appointment, or cancel the same day, for ANY reason will be charged a “No Show Fee” of 25% of the service booked.
If there was no booking fee on file, clients who no-showed will be required to pay the now-void booking fee, and the No-Show Fee, before being able to book in again.
Clients who do not show up for a complimentary touch up (within two months) session, will forfeit the free session and be charged $100 to re-book again.
Policies like this are in place to protect our Artists time and income.
TRAINING CANCELATION/REFUND POLICY:
ALL DEPOSITS FOR IN CLASS TRAININGS, MASTER CLASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. (TOTAL AMOUNT WILL BE ADJUSTED ON THE FINAL PRICE AND THE REST OF THE PAYMENT IS DUE ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE START COURSE DATE)
In-Person Trainings & Classes (Group Classes and Individual Classes ,Workshop, Watch & Learn) may be rescheduled by a minimum of 2 weeks prior to course date with a valid reason.
If rescheduling is requested prior to 2 weeks to the course date, students will be granted a new date when the next training is available. CAN ONLY BE RESCHEDULED ONCE.
HDBeauty does not provide refunds for services provided. HDBeauty does not provide refunds for training classes provided. In specific circumstances we will issue a credit toward any other service with us or training.
If by any chance you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products we used at our salon then please give us a call immediately. If the allergic reaction is severe then please go to nearest emergency. If you think you have had allergic reactions before to any of the procedures and products that were used for those procedures then please give us a call in advance to come in for a quick patch test.
CLIENTS WITH CHILDREN
If you coming to an appointment with children then please make sure you will have someone who can supervise them. We cannot guarantee that one of our staff members can provide supervision while you’ll be undergoing a procedure.
As a courtesy to other clients we don’t allow pets in our salon. The only exception is service dogs but please give us a call in advance to notify us that you will be coming with an animal so we can make sure that none of our clients that day are allergic to animals.
We are located on a plaza straight on as you turn into the plaza, next to big store “Grace textile”. If you have issues with finding us or finding the parking then please call us right away. We have a full plaza with unlimited free parking. We are also easily reached by TTC Subway we are 5 mins bus or car ride from Vaughan Metropolitan Centre.
