These policies apply to all visitors, students, clients, and purchasers.

2. Online Course Policy
Digital Products Are Non-Refundable
Due to the digital nature of our educational products, all online courses, digital downloads, memberships, manuals, workbooks, PDFs, videos, webinars, and educational materials are final sale.
Once access has been granted, no refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations will be provided except where required by applicable law, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Personal circumstances
Lack of time
Failure to complete the course
Technical ability
Lack of experience
Pregnancy
Medical conditions
Employment changes
Financial hardship
Course access itself constitutes delivery of the purchased product.

Course Access
Students receive immediate access after successful payment.
Course access is licensed to the purchaser only.
Sharing login credentials, downloading content for redistribution, recording videos, copying materials, or allowing unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund, suspension of services, and legal action where appropriate.

3. In-Person Training Policy
Training deposits are non-refundable.
If tuition has been paid in full and the student cancels:
More than 30 days before training: tuition may be transferred one time to another available training date, subject to availability.
Less than 30 days before training: tuition is forfeited unless otherwise approved in writing.
Students who fail to attend without prior approval are considered No Shows and forfeit all tuition paid.
Transfers are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

4. Training Kits
Training kits are separate products from educational services.
Kit pricing is independent from tuition unless specifically stated otherwise.
Once a kit has shipped, shipping charges are non-refundable.
If delivery cannot be completed because of:
Incorrect address
Failure to collect the parcel
Refusal of delivery
Customs delays
Repeated failed delivery attempts
the customer is responsible for all additional shipping charges.
Returned kits may be subject to inspection and applicable restocking fees.
Opened or used kits cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

5. Shipping Policy
Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
HDBeauty Academy is not responsible for delays caused by:
Weather
Customs
Labour disputes or strikes
Carrier issues
Government inspections
Force majeure events
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Ownership of physical products transfers upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment tracking information.

6. Permanent Makeup Services
Results vary between individuals.
No specific cosmetic outcome can be guaranteed.
Factors affecting healed results include:
Skin type
Lifestyle
Medications
Immune system response
Sun exposure
Skincare products
Compliance with aftercare instructions
Additional touch-up appointments may be recommended and may incur additional fees.

7. Appointment Policy
A booking deposit is required to secure appointments.
Deposits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations, missed appointments, or arriving more than 20 minutes late may result in the loss of the booking deposit and require a new deposit to secure another appointment.

8. Medical Eligibility
Clients must complete all required consultation and health forms accurately and truthfully.
Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in refusal or postponement of treatment without refund where permitted by law.
HDBeauty Academy reserves the right to decline treatment when it is not considered safe or appropriate.

9. Certification
Certificates are awarded only after the student has successfully completed all required theoretical and practical components of the training program.
Completion of a course does not guarantee:
Employment
Business success
Licensing
Government certification
Financial results
Competition results
Students remain responsible for complying with all licensing, health, insurance, and regulatory requirements applicable in their own jurisdiction.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HDBeauty Academy, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
Indirect damages
Consequential damages
Lost profits
Business interruption
Loss of income
Dissatisfaction with cosmetic outcomes
Allergic reactions
Healing variations
Misuse of educational information
Decisions made based on educational content
Students and clients assume responsibility for applying techniques learned through our educational programs.
Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

11. Payment Plans

Customers agree to contact HDBeauty Academy to attempt to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
If a chargeback is initiated after digital course access, products, or services have been provided, HDBeauty Academy reserves the right to submit relevant documentation to the payment processor, including enrollment records, course access logs, shipping information, communications, and acceptance of these policies.
