HDBeauty Bubble Bath is a gentle foam cleanser- specially formulated for eyelash extensions and permanent makeup for full face and open skin. Foam formulated to help with lash retention, keeps lashes free of debris, and removes all makeup. Foam also delicately cleanses the area of choice for permanent makeup whether its lips, brows or eyes, this product de-greases and removes dead skin preparing the skin for creating an optimal surface for permanent makeup procedure.
Directions for use: Apply Bubble Bath-Foam to the area with a brush or gently rub with a cotton pad. Remove completely and begin your application.
